I need to cancel my course, how can I do this?

We recognise that unforeseen events may stop you from being able to attend your course. In these situations, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@qualsafeacademy.org or by calling 03303 11 20 21.

Are there any entry requirements to attend a Qualsafe Academy course?

Yes, there are set minimum entry requirements for our courses. You can find information on each course’s individual entry requirements on the relevant page of our website.

How much does a Qualsafe Academy course cost?

All course prices are listed on the individual course pages under the ‘Course dates’ tab. For further information on bespoke/on-site courses, please contact us to discuss pricing structures.

What if I miss a day of my course?

To achieve the relevant qualification, you must attend all required classroom training days. Please be aware that delegates arriving late may be turned away at the trainer’s discretion and the full course fee will be non-refundable so please ensure to allow plenty of time to arrive at the course location.

If you are unable to attend part or all of your course or you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to find a suitable arrangement.

How long does it take to complete a Qualsafe Academy course?

Each qualification has its own required classroom delivery and independent study time. Further details of this can be found in the table below:

The QA Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF) 3 Days (2 initial classroom days, followed by a further 1 day after independent study) 8 weeks to gather a portfolio of evidence
The QA Level 3 Award in Teaching and Assessing Mental Health Qualifications (RQF) 5 Days (3 initial classroom days, followed by a further 2 days after independent study) Recommended 2 week break to prepare for final assessment
