During this course, you will also achieve the QA Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF) qualification and learn the logic and philosophy of the course components, which will ultimately enable you to teach and empower your Learners to:
- Develop a better understanding of a variety of Mental Health conditions related to work, including: Depression, Anxiety Disorders and Psychosis.
- Recognise key signs and symptoms of many Mental Health disorders
- Support their fellow employees who are experiencing poor Mental Health
- Promote positive mental health in the workplace
